Andalusia is the land par excellence of virgin olive oil.
The oils of the region are of excellent quality and have been recognized nationally and internationally. Among its highlights are olive oil from Priego de Córdoba (in the Natural Park of the SubAndalusian) and Fuente de Piedra.
Typical dishes include migas from Malaga, porra from Antequera and flamenquines. Many desserts contain almonds and honey.
